Released as a San Diego Comic-Con 2015 exclusive, this is Frieza Saga version of Goku. Features all the same parts as the mass release version with the addition of an extra facial express, deeper colors for his uniform, tied off belt part substitution, and symbols on his uniform. Included also are extra hands and energy effect part for putting Goku into his icon Kamehameha pose.
Priced at about $45 (at Comic-Con). Expect to pay a high price for this on the after market ($100+)
Bandai adds to its Dragon Ball Z S.H. Figuarts line one of the most sought after and essential figures, normal state Son Gokou. This figure re-uses the S.H. Figuarts Super Saiyan Son Gokou body mold but with a much richer color pallete. The black haired version includes very nicely sculpted hair along with 5 alternate face expressions that can be swapped onto the figure. Included also are extra hands and energy effect part for putting Gokou into his icon Kamehameha pose. Priced at about $35 (amazon).
Piccolo gets re-released as an US exclusive Special Color Edition at San Diego Comic-Con. This figure is features anime style coloring. Piccolo is an awesome sculpt and with a wide range of articulation. Include a variety of extra accessories as you might expect for a S.H. Figuarts action figure. Priced at about $45.
Check out the San Diego Comic-Con Exclusive of Bandai’s S.H. Figuarts Dragon Ball Z Super Saiyan Son Gohan. This is the Special Color Edition which sports a much richer color palette. Includes the same accessories as the original version and sold for about $35 at the convention. There’s no doubt this will be a must have and will sell for at least twice what it sold for at Comic-Con.
